Mary Anderson, Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Anderson serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Insight. She provides the vision, strategy and focus that enable the company to manage its operations, recruit key contributors, design and implement processes, and provide its customers with quality products and services. Serving as Chair of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Anderson provides direction and assists the company in carrying out governance functions and ensuring its viability and continued success.  She has concentrated on establishing internal processes necessary to successfully operate Insight, including Accounting, Finance, Contract Management, Human Resources and Proposal Development. Mrs. Anderson continues to maintain a hands-on approach for major Insight functions including Finance, Human Resources and Marketing and spearheaded the company’s efforts to achieve ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000-1:2011 certification.

Prior to joining Insight in 2003, Mrs. Anderson served in a number of leadership roles within Prince George’s County government and served as Development Director with The Calverton School. She has over 30 years of experience in government and business operations.

A native Marylander, Mrs. Anderson attended Trinity College in Washington, DC.

Gary Anderson, President

Utilizing over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Mr. Anderson founded Insight as a full service business solutions and integration services provider. Mr. Anderson serves as President of Insight, providing leadership and management for Insight’s strategic direction and focus, as well as oversight for day-to-day operations. Additionally, Mr. Anderson oversees Insight’s Government and Commercial contracts including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services and the American Red Cross.

Prior to Insight, Mr. Anderson co-founded KCM Computer Consulting, a software consulting firm that provided IT services on a national basis. He served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for business development throughout the United States. After 10 years of dramatic growth and an expanded national presence, KCM was successfully acquired by a major public corporation.

Mr. Anderson’s initial IT career started with Federal, State and local governments surrounding the Nation’s Capital. Mr. Anderson’s governmental experience has proven to be invaluable in expanding Insight Technology into an industry leader in the Washington Metropolitan market and strategically throughout the United States.

Patrick Crovo, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Crovo has responsibility for corporate business development, account management, customer relationships, marketing, capture and proposal management and strategic alliances to support Insight’s growth plans. Mr. Crovo is recognized in the industry as a senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within the Federal IT and Professional Services market.

Mr. Crovo has over 25 years of experience in the Federal IT and Professional services industry with a broad level of experience in sales and business development leadership roles. Prior to joining Insight, Mr. Crovo led business development activities within the Homeland Security sector of HP Enterprise Services, SI International, PwC and BearingPoint (KPMG Consulting). Mr. Crovo was also a founding partner of Accela Consulting, LLP and led sales and operations as Director of Federal Sales for The Presidio Corporation and as Vice President of Bay State Computers, Inc.

Mr. Crovo earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and is an member of various industry associations including ACT-IAC, AFFIRM and AFCEA.
