Recruiting / Sales of Technical Staff / Services

Responsibilities
We are looking for a few professional minded individuals to grow with our fast paced organization. With our recent expansion comes the need for aggressive, dependable professionals who are capable of performing full desk recruiting and inside sales. Individuals must have experience working in a high visibility highly dynamic environment, and be comfortable spending a good deal of time interfacing with existing staff and clients. Individuals must have proven track record of sourcing candidates, providing sales leads and the ability to deal with technical staff and terms.

Required Skills

  • All candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting or sales of technical staff or services
  • Insight requires all candidates to demonstrate a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the principles, concepts and theories of technical recruiting as well as the ability to recognize and determine potential sales areas for future growth
  • Individuals must be effective communicators, have excellent phone and writing skills, and be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients, staff and potential candidates
  • All staff members will provide weekly reports and documentation of recruiting efforts performed. Responsible for meeting weekly goals and maintaining the highest standards in the industry
  •  Individual will be expected to be producer within our organization and have the ability to work independently with the client and staff members

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a total of 1 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Insight will consider outstanding entry level candidates who exhibit professionalism and the desire to succeed.
  • All candidates must be US Citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
