Information Technology Infrastructure Program (ITIP)  As a partner to CSC under Information Technology Infrastructure Program (ITIP), Insight provides mission-critical Operations and Secure Infrastructure support to TSA.  Insight maintains the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) at the Freedom Center, provides Spectrum Management for DHS-wide LMR communication and provides Operations support for TSA HQ.  Insight played a key role in the successful program transition from Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) to ITIP in late 2010.   Insight assisted CSC with essential program continuity and guidance through security issues at the TSA mission-critical Freedom Center.

The ITIP task order is part of the EAGLE Information Technology Support Services Contract.

Information Technology Networking Operations Virtual Alliance (IT-NOVA)
Through our partnership with Lockheed Martin, Insight has been providing IT support services to Homeland Security since 2008.  Through this contract, Insight provides a variety of Project Management, Network Administration, Project Control Specialist, Spectrum Management and Operation and Maintenance related services including Help Desk Technical Support.

The IT-NOVA task order is part of the EAGLE Information Technology Support Services Contract.

Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS)
As a partner to IBM, Insight provided Business Process Reengineering on the Identity and Access Management System (IdM).   This system was developed to authenticate all application users, allocate and verify the authorization right of all users and monitor the use of TSA applications.  When implemented, IdM will provide the TSA with a single secure and monitored gateway into TSA applications.

OASIS is also a part of the EAGLE Information Technology Support Services Contract

Information Assurance Support Services (IASS)
As a subcontractor to Knowledge Consulting Group, Insight provides on-going Certification & Accreditation (C&A) support for the TSA IT Security Office. Unified guidelines and procedures were developed for conducting certifications and/or system-level evaluations of Federal information systems and networks including the critical infrastructure of the TSA. Insight advises the government on the development of a network of public and private sector organizations capable of providing cost effective, quality system/network security assessment and certification. All recommendations are based on unified Federal guidelines and procedures.

Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS)
Through our partnership with Unisys, Insight has been providing a wide range of services to the TSA since 2003.  Under the ITMS program, Insight initially participated in the standup of the Freedom Center (Cabot Labs – TSOC) by providing desktop setup to all facility users and the installation of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN). Ongoing maintenance and support of the DRSN continues today.

Insight continues to provide Infrastructure Engineering Design, Implementation, and Integration, as well as Operations and Maintenance/Network Support Services in support of ITMS.

In addition, Insight manages the Radio Frequency program which includes analyzing Spectrum requirements received from radio communications and preparing frequency assignments for submission to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
