Insight provides IT solutions to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in support of the following programs:     

 

Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement - Support Programs
For the past two years, Insight has been providing Project Management to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Division of Regional Operations. Insight’s Project Manager serves the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Director of Regional Operations for OCSE through administration and management assistance for program operations and overall support of 10 Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Regional Offices throughout the United States. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining and enhancing databases to coordinate various activities for the Executive Coordination Council, State Plan profiles and the OCSE Model Tribal Tracking System, as well as IT support, training and budget tracking for programs within the Regional Office and those supported by the 10 ACF Regional Offices.  Presentations at numerous National and Regional Conferences and Training Forums have resulted in numerous commendations including recognition for working demonstrations of the Model Tribal System (MTS) at the National Association of Tribal Child Support Directors meeting.

Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement- Federal Offset Program
For the past ten years, Insight has partnered with SRA providing operational and program management for the Federal Offset system within the OCSE (under the CIOSP2 contract).  Under Federal oversight, Insight manages the operations of this Federal system that collects over $2.1 billion annually for past-due child support. Insight’s Operation Team oversees the daily jobs and file transmissions that keep systems at 54 states/territories and three Federal agencies in sync and working toward a common goal. The Insight team worked diligently to improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of the system; as a result, improvements have directly contributed to a $54 million increase in collections in 2004, $95 million increase in 2005, and $100 million in 2007.  In addition to operational duties, Insight also provides business and systems analysis reviewing and interpreting custom reports, trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, budget reconciliation, and cost projections.
