Insight Awarded United States Coast Guard TABSS
Insight Technology Solutions., a woman-owned small business, announced today that it has been awarded the highly anticipated Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Service (TABSS) contract by the United States Coast Guard (USCG). The TABSS contract is a department-wide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract vehicle for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide technical, acquisition and business support services. The combined ceiling of all TABSS contracts is set at $11 billion over five years.

Insight provides contact center support services to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) (September 2012 )
As a partner to HP Enterprise Services (HPES), Insight will provide contact center support services to support the DHS U.S. Citizenship Immigration Service (USCIS) National Customer Service Center. Insight will support HPES with CSR staffing and management support services.
Insight begins ISO Certification Process (July 2012)
Insight has begun the ISO Certification Process in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000-1:2011. Full certification in both ISO disciplines is anticipated in early 2013.
As of May 4, 2012, Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. has transitioned to a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with Mary Anderson now majority owner and CEO of Insight Technology Solutions. The transition to a WOSB will help expand future federal contracting opportunities for Insight
