Insight Awarded a Prime Contract with DHS Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE)

Insight was chosen by ICE to transition and manage the Enhanced Service Response Center (E-SRC), a centralized multi-channel support center that provides comprehensive assistance to all SEVIS users in resolving service incidents and inquiries associated with the Student and Exchange Visitors Program (SEVP) Information Systems and initiatives. Insight provides project management, customer service, business process improvement, quality assurance, staffing support, communications, stakeholder relationship management, and technical support for the E-SRC.
