Insight Awarded Prime Contract supporting the ICE SEVP Consolidated Call Center

Insight has been awarded ice-logo-2a major Prime WOSB Contract under OASIS SB – Pool 1 to manage and operate the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student and Exchange Visitors Program (SEVP) Consolidated Call Center.   This effort is a consolidation of Insight’s existing SEVP Service Response Center contract with ICE’s I-901 Fee System call center.  As we expand our ongoing support to SEVP, we will continue to maintain a single point of contact for al SEVP inquiries and provide high level project management, customer service, business process improvement, quality assurance, communications and stakeholder relationship management.  This award demonstrates SEVP’s continued trust in Insight to provide quality service and improve the stakeholder experience, as well as the desire to create a Model Contact Center.
