As part of the ITIP Task Order award, Insight assisted CSC with the successful program transition from Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) to ITIP for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). “Insight played a key role in the successful program transition from ITMS to ITIP, assisting CSC with essential program continuity (DRSN, Spectrum Management, Freedom Center operations and TSA HQ support) and guiding us through security issues at the Freedom Center,” stated CSC Service Delivery Director Brian Fourr. He added, “Insight’s staff was involved in the conversion of Service Groups 2 and 3 for TSA.
