Insight Assists CSC With the Transition of the TSA Service Center from Fort Worth, TX to the Cyber Innovation Center in Bossier City, LA

Insight is currently assisting CSC with a large scale relocation of operations on the ITIP Program of TSA’s Primary Service Desk from Fort Worth, TX to its Integrated Technology Center in Bossier City, LA. Insight currently provides both Level 1 and Level 1.5 (Remote) Technical Help Desk Support to the Fort Worth Help Desk and will provide dual support in Texas and Louisiana until the operation is fully transitioned in late summer/early fall to the new location. Insight has extensive experience with such transitions, previously assisting in the successful transition of the IT-NOVA DHS Service Desk from Indianapolis, IN to Clinton, MS in December 2011
