Insight Awarded Contract with National Maritime Center

Insight is proud to announce that we have been awarded a prime contract under the GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) to provide professional qualifications evaluation, safety, security and suitability evaluation, and onsite customer services support for the U.S. Coast Guard National Maritime Center (NMC) Contact Center.

Insight is excited to support the mission of the NMC.  This win further cements Insight’s commitment to serving the U.S. Coast Guard and expanding on Insight’s existing contact center and customer service capabilities” says Mary Anderson, CEO.

In addition to providing comprehensive contact center support, Insight personnel will utilize their in-depth knowledge of maritime regulatory and treaty/convention compliance and the merchant mariner credentialing program to support processing and evaluation of applications, production of credentials, applicant screening, records management, and administrative support for all credential processing.
