Insight received commendation from SRI Quality Systems Registrar for effectively implementing its ISO-certified Quality and Service Management Systems and institutionalizing continual improvement in service delivery, resource management and customer satisfaction.   The Surveillance Audit reflected efficient and effective planning and improved processes, as well as strong management and improvements in business operations. Insight was awarded certifications for ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000-1:2011 in 2013.
