Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)

Since 2016, Insight has provided full-spectrum operational and strategic support to multiple CISA divisions. Primarily, Insight has helped develop partnerships, facilitate dialogue and promote cyber and infrastructure security awareness among federal, state, local, tribal, territorial (SLTT), international, and private sector organizations, including critical infrastructure. We support national industry and government councils serving critical sectors, develop targeted awareness campaigns on cybersecurity, infrastructure security, and emergency communications issues, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships to continually expand and improve CISA’s engagements, services, and product offerings.

Federal Protective Service (FPS)

Insight provides an array of Human Capital support services to FPS Headquarters focused on assisting the agency in developing strategies for determining agency staffing needs and identify gaps in workforce critical skills and competencies in order to fulfill mandated requirements. Through the application of Federal Human Resources (HR) practices and policies, Insight assists with the implementation of HR initiatives to include hiring strategies, staffing, workforce planning, classification, employee and labor relations, training objectives and performance goals to ensure that the FPS workforce is equipped with qualified employees who possess the necessary skills to carry out the mission.

United States Marine Corps (USMC)

Insight provides the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) with a range of analytical services including the analysis of the business processes, current operating, procedures, and systems environment to identify various recommendations and strategies for business transformation. This includes a heavy emphasis on information system and data analysis. Through Insight’s efforts, we have established business processes and implemented strategies which support MARCORLOGCOM program goals and ultimately help create an enhanced operating environment for the warfighter.

United States Coast Guard (USCG)

Insight supports USCG Headquarters and the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) providing a wide variety of Program and Project Management support services, Financial Management, Administrative Services, Field Engineering, Integrated Logistics, Real Property Management, Environmental Planning, Civil Engineering, Test and Evaluation Support and Spectrum / Frequency Management Support. Insight provides program support to all product lines within SFLC, supports the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation directorate and provides program management support to the Rescue21 Program Office.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

Since 2003, Insight has provided a wide range of support services to TSA. Insight initially participated in the standup of what is now the TSA Freedom Center including desktop and network equipment installation support and the installation of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN). Insight continues to provide Infrastructure Engineering Design, Implementation, and Integration, as well as Operations and Maintenance/Network Support Services and Tier 1 – 2 technical end user in support.   Insight has also managed the Radio Frequency program which includes analyzing Spectrum requirements received from radio communications and preparing frequency assignments for submission to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)

Insight provides provide integrated operational support for the IT infrastructure essential to the current and evolving set of USSTRATCOM missions. Through mission critical telecommunications services including operations and maintenance support of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) and dedicated Communications Security (COMSEC) support, Insight’s technical experts IT infrastructure capabilities and perform maintenance, security, installation, monitoring, and decommissioning functions required to sustain and enhance the command’s existing and future infrastructure.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Insight provides direct customer service and help desk services in support of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP).  Insight provides a single point of contact and triage customer service center for all inquiries relative to SEVP Information Systems (SEVIS) and SEVP’s initiatives. Insight personnel provide program management, communications, business systems support, quality assurance, quality control, customer service training, SLA management, contact center support including bi-lingual staffing, contingency planning and COOP support.
