Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

At DHS headquarters and for the Office of the General Counsel, Insight has provided a variety of infrastructure and customer support services to include on site infrastructure engineering services, operations and maintenance, network administration support, Tier 1 – Tier 3 Help Desk and IMAC Engineering Operations Support, and On-Site desk side end user support.


United States Coast Guard (USCG)

Insight supports USCG Headquarters and the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) providing a wide variety of Program and Project Management support services, Financial Management, Administrative Services, Field Engineering, Integrated Logistics, Real Property Management, Environmental Planning, Civil Engineering, Test and Evaluation Support and Spectrum / Frequency Management Support. Insight provides program support to all product lines within SFLC, supports the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation directorate and provides program management support to the Rescue21 Program Office.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

Since 2003, Insight has provided a wide range of support services to TSA. Insight initially participated in the standup of what is now the TSA Freedom Center including desktop and network equipment installation support and the installation of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN). Insight continues to provide Infrastructure Engineering Design, Implementation, and Integration, as well as Operations and Maintenance/Network Support Services and Tier 1 – 2 technical end user in support.   Insight has also managed the Radio Frequency program which includes analyzing Spectrum requirements received from radio communications and preparing frequency assignments for submission to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Insight provides direct customer service and help desk services in support of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP).  Insight provides a single point of contact and triage customer service center for all inquiries relative to SEVP Information Systems (SEVIS) and SEVP’s initiatives. Insight personnel provide program management, communications, business systems support, quality assurance, quality control, customer service training, SLA management, contact center support including bi-lingual staffing, contingency planning and COOP support.

Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

Insight supports the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) providing assistance to customers who contact USCIS with questions about immigration services and benefits, and with issues related to case processing. Located in two separate facilities, the NCSC is a high-volume call center receiving over 250,000 live assistance calls per month. Insight provides expert customer service, quality assurance, and training for Tier 1 support for one of the USCIS NCSC contact centers.


HHS/ACF – Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE)

Since 1999, Insight has provided a wide variety of technical, management, analysis and business support to the OCSE, twice being recognized with Contractor of the Year awards.  Insight provides program, IT and management consulting for OCSE daily program operations and overall IT and operations support of ACF Regional Offices. Insight has provided direct support to OCSE senior management, managed budgets and expenditures, performed program analysis, planning and coordination and training. Insight has also provided development, maintenance and continued improvement of databases, program analysis and coordination of the OCSE website transformation and development and management of the OCSE SharePoint application implementation. Insight has also been responsible for project management of the Business Intelligence (BI) Enterprise Data Warehouse project.


HHS – Food and Drug Administration

Insight has provided the FDA with the full range of IT Property Management, Receiving, Distribution, Installation and Incident Management services.   Insight provided project management, installation support services, configuration management, incident management, management of service level agreements (SLAs), quality assurance and training.

Defense Finance and Accounting Service

DoD – Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)

Insight has supported the DFAS Desktop Management Initiatives providing project management support, IT equipment delivery and installation, desktop support and end user services including engineering support, centralized software distribution, asset management, patch management, malware protection and a full range of security and protection services. Insight has supported DFAS in operation of the agency’s enterprise help desk supporting more than 17,500 DFAS system users across 13 locations in the United States, provided single point of contact (SPOC) VIP support to DFAS Headquarters and supported the DFAS technical refreshes, which represents the largest technical refresh efforts ever for the US Government.

For over 10 years, Insight supported the National Biomedical Computer System (NBCS) performing project management oversight for software services that maintain the NBCS system and other IT support services such as configuration management, database management and IT portfolio management.

Insight has provided the primary Project Quality Assurance and Control for four releases of the NBCS, including quality oversight for related software services and quarterly audits of the software development lifecycle [SDLC] process. Insight worked with the development and system staff in design, code, unit testing and system testing reviews to ensure correct implementation, process compliance and adherence to FDA standards.

Insight has also provided other support services to ARC including Enterprise Application database management services using Access, Oracle, Seibel, and Plateau; Established a Configuration Management (CM) library and designed a process for managing Configuration Items for documentation identification and control; Provided IT Portfolio Management services that have included the development of IT solutions and the creation of timelines to facilitate the execution of the ARC Financial Management and Portfolio Plan and ARC IT investment strategies.
