Insight Technology Solutions was recently awarded a five-year, $11M Prime contract to provide the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), SEVP Response Center (SRC) with Level II Application Services for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
SEVIS is an internet-based application that facilitates timely electronic reporting and monitoring of international students and exchange visitors and their dependents in the United States. Schools and exchange programs use SEVIS to transmit electronic information throughout a student or EV program in the U.S., streamlining the application and adjudication process for schools and programs that host students in F, M, and J visa classes.
The Level II award builds upon Insight’s current experience as the Prime Contractor providing Level I Call Center support for the SRC program. The contract requires CMMI SVC Level 2, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000-1 certifications to ensure consistency in the delivery of services, and demonstrates Insight’s capability to leverage these business processes and systems to ensure quality and meet customer agency and stakeholder requirements.
