Contract Award: Installation and Logistics Management Services, 2nd Generation (ILMS II)

Insight Technology Solutions is excited to announce its partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard is once again expanding with the award of the Installation and Logistics Management Services, 2nd Generation (ILMS II) IDIQ to our Joint Venture, Abaco Insight Solutions (AIS). The ILMS II IDIQ is a vital contract vehicle for the USCG encompassing a broad range of support services for the implementation, sustainment, and disposition of new and existing C5I systems. This includes system design, development, integration, testing, prototyping, and implementation as part of the DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC). Our work will span across various C5I systems managed by the six Product Lines and five Shared Service Divisions of the C5ISC, ensuring comprehensive support for communications, command, control, navigation, and operations information systems. 

AIS is a dynamic, SBA-Certified 8(a), EDWOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone Small Business Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between Abaco Strategy LLC Strategy, LLC and Insight. Through this contract we will uphold our longstanding tradition of excellence and support to the U.S. Coast Guard through our expertise in system documentation, installation, engineering changes, and field support. We look forward to contributing to the sustainment and advancement of these critical C5I systems to ensure mission success and operational excellence in support of the Coast Guards' diverse missions.

Contract Award: MECPL Project Management and Logistics Support

Insight continues its long record of service and support to the USCG through the award of our latest prime contract providing Engineering Project Management and Logistics Support to the Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL). 

The MECPL provides Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) engineering and logistical support for the sustainment of Coast Guard WMSM, WMEC and WIX cutters and is preparing for the fleet transition of the new OPC assets. The product line additionally provides engineering guidance and support to assist with the development and promulgation of maintenance, repair and configuration standards to ensure that the fleet remains capable of performing a broad spectrum of missions, from law enforcement to search and rescue, across the U.S. and international waters. 

The contract is the successor to work currently being performed by Insight. Through engineering, project management, configuration, and logistics support services, Insight will continue to assist with the planning, supporting and execution of major systems acquisitions and life cycle projects. We’re thrilled to continue our strong record of successful support enabling these assets to continue in their diverse missions! 

Contract Award: IBCTPL Engineering Support

Insight Technology Solutions is proud to announce our latest prime contract award to provide Availability Project Manager (APM) and Data Analyst support for the USCG Icebreaker, Buoy, and Construction Tender Product Line (IBCTPL).

The IBCTPL provides logistics and engineering support to maintain the operational readiness of assets that include the 240' WLBB, 225’ WLB, 175’ WLM, and 140’ WTGB cutters. IBCTPL assets conduct wide-ranging missions maintaining navigable waterways and aids to navigation throughout the U.S.

Insight APMs and Data Analysts will provide important technical and management support so that IBCTPL assets can complete depot level maintenance. We will have direct responsibility for initiation, planning, execution, and closeout of scheduled and unscheduled depot level maintenance with the goal of getting these cutters back to their missions on schedule.
