Insight Technology Solutions is thrilled to announce the addition of Kathy Danner as Vice President of Business Development and Capture – Federal Civilian! 


In this key leadership role, Kathy will drive Insight’s strategic growth across federal civilian agencies, working in close collaboration with our delivery teams to identify, shape, and capture mission-aligned opportunities. Her focus will be on building meaningful partnerships and aligning Insight’s capabilities with the evolving priorities of our federal customers. 


Kathy brings a wealth of experience in the federal contracting space, having spent her career leading business development and capture initiatives across a diverse portfolio of civilian agencies. Her collaborative leadership style, deep market insight, and ability to navigate complex procurement environments make her a powerful asset to our team.

Insight Technology Solutions is proud to welcome Geoff McConnell as our new Vice President of Capture and Business Development! In his new role, Geoff will lead Insight’s efforts to expand our footprint within the U.S. Navy and broader defense sector, working closely with our technical and program teams to shape, capture, and win strategic opportunities. His role is pivotal to aligning our deep maritime engineering expertise with the evolving needs of our Navy and DoD customers.


Geoff brings over two decades of distinguished experience across the defense and technology landscape. He has led business development and capture efforts across a wide range of defense programs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams through the full opportunity lifecycle. His deep understanding of the federal procurement landscape and strategic approach to growth make him a valuable addition to our leadership team.

Insight Technology Solutions is excited to announce the award of a new contract to our Joint Venture, Abaco Insight Solutions (AIS), to provide Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development and Draftsman support services for the Surface Forces Logistic Center (SFLC) Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL). Through this new contract, AIS will be responsible for providing critical logistical support of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) and Electronics (ELEX) systems across LRE assets to include the 282’ WMEC, 399’ WAGB, 418’ WMSL, 420’ WAGB, and 460’ Polar Security Cutters.

 

Through the continuous development, updating, and revision of MPCs, alongside the modification of engineering drawings, AIS will ensure these critical vessels maintain peak performance while adhering to rigorous engineering standards. We look forward to contributing to the operational success and mission readiness of the LRE’s diverse fleet while reinforcing our role in advancing maritime support services and enhancing national security through the maintenance of vital maritime resources.
