Testing Methodologies

Cyber threats are persistent and innovative, seeking to exploit vulnerabilities in hardware, software, and human behavior. As we become more dependent on information technology, and as software cycles move into a DevOps framework of near-constant development and deployment of updates, it is ever more important to conduct effective and frequent testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Insight employs a proactive approach at securing networks and testing their ability to withstand attacks, leveraging automated tools to identify potential risk while applying manual techniques to weed out false positives. We work closely with agency customers to plan, develop, and execute test events, and conduct post-event analysis to derive actionable lessons learned that bolster the enterprise security posture and resilience.
